Initial challenge

The challenge is to validate a new business model within four days, centered around the development of an innovative product for a pioneering technology company specializing in solutions for the food industry.

Route

Day 1: Research phase that ends in a document with actions and main insights obtained. Each member sketches a possible solution to obtain multiples solutions.

Day 2: Decision making. The option to prototype is debated and chosen.

Day 3: A prototype is made that allows the basic functionalities to be explained and the questions to ask a target audience during the test are raised, as well as to reach a consensus on what you want to validate.

Day 4: Real test with client of interest.

Conclusions
