For 4 months and co-existing with more than 15 civic and social innovation projects, we completed the Civic Hub Garrotxa Program, a pre-acceleration program subsidized by Departament de Empresa i Treball of Generalitat de Catalunya and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.

In this experience we have learned about alternative models of economic sustainability, hortizontal operating models, disruptive technologies that allow us to increase levels of participation and decentralize decision-making, how to design participatory processes, methodologies based on exponential growth, open knowledge, Pentagrowth, Design Thinking, Scrum, Agile, Business Model Canvas,…

But one of the great lessons that we also learned it is about the human factor, each of the individual people who are part of a project with their own trajectory and a common future. And understand how to align ourselves to form solid teams in favor of the project and the good of the people who make it up.
